Ontario Camera is one of Toronto’s leading rental houses, proudly supplying motion picture equipment to productions of every size.

Founded in 2015 in a small studio space, Ontario Camera quickly outgrew its beginnings. What started by serving independent filmmakers and smaller productions has evolved into supporting major commercials, feature films, and television series – while continuing to welcome first-time storytellers and international filmmakers alike. Our philosophy has always been simple: no project is too big or too small, and every filmmaker deserves to feel at home here.

What We Offer

We host an extensive inventory of the latest digital cameras, lenses, accessories, and grip & electric gear from the industry’s most trusted brands. From complete camera kits to fully equipped Sprinter vans, our rental packages are designed to make production seamless.

Our prep bays are tailored to creative collaboration, where clients can test and learn alongside our experienced technicians – many of whom are working professionals in the film industry. For long-term shoots, we also provide private prep rooms, offering secure spaces for lens tests and uninterrupted setups.
